Johnnie Cook

Johnnie Cook, 94, of Independence, MS, passed away January 17, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Oxford. He is survived by his son, Otis F. Cook of Independence, MS, 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ola Belle Cook; daughters, Gail Holt and Connie Davis and son, Troy Cook. He was a veteran having served in the Army. Mr. Cook attended Bett Baptist Church. Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
