Kathryn M. Mitchell

Kathryn M. Mitchell, 95, of Independence, MS went home to be with her Lord on January 4, 2018 at the Senatobia Healthcare and Rehab in Senatobia, MS.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Mitchell; daughter, Sandra Samples; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jessie Client Morris and granddaughter, Cheryl Navarette.  She is survived by her daughter, Peggy Long of Coldwater; son, Paul Pannell (Sylvia) of Southaven; granddaughters, Karen Blenis and Joyce Wilson (Don); grandson, Don Phillips (Mimi); 3 great granddaughters; 7 great grandsons and 8 great-great granddaughters.  Memorials may be sent to Wyatte Baptist Church where she was a member.  All services will be private.
