Milton Mills Carter, Jr.

Milton Mills Carter, Jr., 83, of Senatobia, MS, passed away October 5, 2018 at his residence. He was a graduate of Mississippi State University where he was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity. Mr. Carter served on the Senatobia City School Board for 40 plus years and was a member of Senatobia Presbyterian Church, where he was an Elder.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Isabelle Carter. He is survived by his wife, Patsy Carter of Senatobia, MS; daughter, Becky Carter Stocke of Senatobia, MS; sons, Mills Carter III of Senatobia, MS and Todd Carter (JoEllyn) of Southaven, MS; sister, Elizabeth Carter Scott (Don) of Memphis, TN; grandchildren, Claire Becker (Zack), Riley Sommers, Will Carter and Avery Carter and great grandchildren, Carter Becker, Caiden Holliday and Kyzer Gamble. The family request that memorials be sent to Senatobia Presbyterian Church.
