Spurgeon Wren McPhail

Spurgeon Wren McPhail, 83, passed away August 2, 2019 at his residence in Senatobia. He was a veteran having served in the Army. He worked at Sunflower Grocery in Senatobia for over 20 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara McCool McPhail; parents, Robert and Lois McPhail; and sister, Bobbie Grothman. He is survived by his daughters, Lisa McPhail of Senatobia, MS and Linda Webb (Sammy) of Senatobia, MS; sisters, Dean Norris of Lake Village, AR and Inez Jamison of Snider, TX; grandchildren, Samantha Oakley (T. Robert) and Haley Omedeo (Joey); great grandchildren, Acklen Oakley, Brody Oakley and Sammie Jo Omedeo; special daughters, Gaye Lewis and Ayre Lewis; special granddaughter, Lexie Veazey along with his many grandchildren by love.
