Allen T. Perkins

Allen T. Perkins (Pete), 84, passed away on July 2, 2026, after a long illness.

He was born on December 12, 1941, in Ripley, MS to Luther and Lucy Perkins.

Pete enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Despite the hardships he experienced throughout his life, Pete remained optimistic and found reasons to appreciate each day.

He is survived by his daughter, Tammy Loeffel (Lance) of Eads, TN; 2 granddaughters, Madison Morris (Reed) of Somerville, TN and Miranda Loeffel of Eads, TN; sister, Ann Casey (Jerry) of Nesbit, MS; his friend and companion, Vivian Maher, and many nieces and nephews who will all miss him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Luther Perkins (1982) and mother, Lucy Perkins (1986); brothers, Seale Perkins and Clevious Perkins, and sisters, Mary Jewel Perkins, Floy Hanna, and Reba Coleman.
