Betty Jean (Wright) Lanier

Betty Jean Wright Lanier 86, formerly of Sardis, MS passed away August 13, 2018 at Senatobia Healthcare and Rehab, Senatobia, MS.  She was a member of First Baptist Church, Sardis, MS for 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Clifford Peen Lanier, Jr.  

Survivors include: Daughters, Debbie Lanier Sawyer (Tom); Laura Lanier Donovan (Joe); Linda Lanier Sexton (Gary) and Nancy Lanier McNabb (Daniel).  Grandchildren, Tripp Sawyer (Lupe), Ryan Sawyer (Christa), Matt Donovan (Erica), Hannah Sexton Pharr (Randal), Jonathan Sexton, Ben Arnold (Rebecca). Great Grandchildren, Alexandra Contreras, Jasmine Sawyer, Kelly Sawyer, Sallye Sawyer, Tyce Sawyer, Adi Sawyer, Valley Donovan, Gabriella Cortez, Giovanni Cortez and Faith Arnold as well as one brother Frank Wright of Vicksburg, MS.
