Carmen Darlene Cook Obituary

Carmen Darlene Cook, 66, of Crenshaw, MS passed away Monday, January 12, 2026. She owned the Dairy Bar in Crenshaw for 30 years, also known as the “snack shack.” Carmen was very selfless and would do without to help others. She was truly a kind person. Carmen is survived by her husband, Emmett Cook; son, Nick Cook; sisters, Brenda Miller (Glen) and Marie Thornburg; brother, Dennis Morgan; granddaughter, Emmie Cook; niece, Jennifer Hall; great niece, Summer Hall; great nephew, Jesse Hall, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, St. John and Helen Womble.
