Obituary
Charlie “Otto” Coleman, 79, of Coldwater, MS passed away at his residence on May 23, 2023. Otto retired from Chromcraft after 40 plus years and had perfect attendance while working there. He was a dedicated employee that always gave his best in everything he did. He had a love for old cars and watching wrestling. His pride and joy were his grandchildren and he loved watching them play baseball and softball. Otto was a member of Highland Baptist Church.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Sara Evans Coleman; sons, Aaron Coleman (Tiffany) of Como, MS and Eric Coleman (Heather) of Coldwater, MS; sisters, Anita Woolfolk (Doc) of Senatobia, MS, Alice Castillo (Nep) of Senatobia, MS, Kaye Hanna (Mike) of Olive Branch, MS and Carol Saunders (Billy) of Senatobia, MS; brothers, Larry Coleman (Margaret) of Senatobia, MS and O’Neal Coleman (Kathy) of Senatobia, MS; grandchildren, Brayden Coleman, Brianna Coleman and Isaiah Ferguson and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rollie and Mary Lee Coleman and brothers, Gene Coleman and Ed Coleman.
Memorial donations may be sent to the American Heart Association.
A memorial service will be held Friday, June 2, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at The Grove Baptist Church.
