Obituary
Fran Franks, 72, of Arkabutla, MS passed away Friday, April 28, 2023 at her residence. She was of the Christian faith. Fran enjoyed gardening, crafts, painting, and fishing. She was a big talker, good listener, and very wise. Fran loved drinking her coffee and was a great cook. She worked at a casino for 20+ years and as a cage supervisor. She is survived by her daughters, Patsy Marie Mangrum Gentry (John) of Marvell, AR; Pamela Renee Lowrimore of Arkabutla, MS; and Frances Louise Franks Steinman of Senatobia, MS; grandchildren, Courtney, Crystal (Ryan), Candice, Katie (J.R.), Sarah, Danielle (Tyler), Nikki, and Skylar; great grandchildren, Trey, Driston, Elijah, Ayden, Harper, Emelia, and Rylie and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dee Franks; parents, Bob and Mary Still and brothers, Richard Wade and Bobby Joe Still. Memorials may be sent to the Animal Shelter.
