Frances “Kathy” Davis, 74, of Senatobia, MS passed away peacefully at her home on March 15, 2021. Kathy is survived by her soul mate and partner in life, Mr. Jody Davis; daughters, Diane Michele Valdivieso and Katrina Palazzo Staraski both of Virginia; son, Daniel Anthony Palazzo of Jackson, TN; grandchildren, Whitney Wentz, Jeffrey Valdivieso, Presley Palazzo and Rylie Palazzo and great grandson, Robert "Finn" William Wentz V. Kathy set a share of roots in Mississippi with Jody, and part of her will always remain there with him, but her heart considered the coast of Virginia her home. Therefore, the family will honor and celebrate her life with a private family memorial to be held in Virginia. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be sent to The American Cancer Society.
