Ileta Stanford Youngblood

Ileta Youngblood passed away on December 3, 2021 just a few days before her 102nd birthday at the Senatobia Healthcare and Rehab.  Ileta is survived by her sister, Willie Mae Koelz (John) of Hernando, MS; brother, Billy Stanford (Margarita) of Clinton, MS; sister-in-law, Carolyn Stanford of Coldwater, MS; many nieces and nephews whom she loved and close, loyal friends in Senatobia.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Titus Youngblood; sisters, Oneta Pearson (John A), Dot Mooneyhan (B. H.) and Hazel Kuykendall; brothers, T.J. Stanford (Nina) and Marlin Stanford.  

Ileta worked for Peoples Bank and First Tennessee Bank where she retired after many years of service.  In her spare time, Ileta enjoyed hosting family gatherings and delighting her guests with her excellent cooking skills.  She loved needlework, flowers and her precious dogs, but most of all, Ileta loved her town of Senatobia where she would walk for miles around the town. Ileta was a longtime member and elder of the Senatobia Presbyterian Church.
