Joe C. Shirley, 72, of Sarah, MS passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2026. He retired from Entergy. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Earlene Shirley; brothers, Morris, Myrl, Louis, Brooks, and David Shirley. He is survived by his sisters, Edith Floate, Judy Sullivan, Tammy Botto, Connie Caffey, and Carla McCarter (Cory); brother, Travis Shirley, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He will be missed by all. Memorials may be sent to a charity of donor’s choice.
