John Wesley Mitchell, 69, of Senatobia, MS passed away Monday, July 25, 2022 at his residence. He was member of Hammond Hill M.B. Church. He is survived by his daughters, Marie Mitchell and Tracey Mitchell both of Coldwater, MS; sons, Terry Mitchell of Coldwater, MS, Gary Mitchell of Coldwater, MS, John Mitchell, Jr. of Sardis, MS, and Derrick Mitchell of Coldwater, MS; sisters, Edna Mitchell of Senatobia, MS, Bernice Toney of Como, MS, Martha Jean Lark of Jonesboro, AR, and Lisa Cole of Oxford, MS; brothers, Fred Mitchell of Senatobia, MS, James Mitchell of Como, MS, Dennis Mitchell of Como, MS, and Earnest Mitchell of Como, MS; aunt, Betty Langston of Como, MS; 37 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Mario Mitchell; mother, Mary Cole; father, Arthur D. Mitchell; brothers, Willie Lark and Keith Cole and 5 grandchildren.
