Joyce Moore

Joyce Gwendolyn Moore, age 90, died peacefully February 28, 2021 at her residence in Senatobia, MS.  She was born February 20, 1931 in Grubbs, Arkansas to Joe and Lena Schrader.   She married her love, Robert Louis Moore Sr., in June 2, 1951.  Joyce loved gardening and her irises and taking care of her grand kids.  She had a wonderful smile that could light up a room.  She is survived by her husband, Robert Louis Moore, Sr.; children, Theresa Thamer (Randy), Diane Moore, Joyce Cunningham (Robert), Susanne Medlin, Shela Roberts (Edwin) and Robert Louis Moore, Jr. (Angela); grandchildren, Angela Hinkle (Eric), Cathy Thamer-Bordlemay (Justin), Carly Donnet (Ignacio), Anna Pike (John), Nichole Geer Roberts, Meghan Medlin, Shawn Mullins (Alex), Robert Louis Moore, III (Jennifer) and James Michael Moore and great grandchildren, Madison Hinkle, Ella Grace Hinkle, Hannah Hinkle, Tristan Bordlemay, Peyton Bordlemay, Silas Pike, Taylor Roberts and Abbie Moore.  Memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to the American Cancer Society. A memorial service will be held by the family March 12 at noon at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Holly Springs, MS.
