Lucille Eddins, 94, of Coldwater, MS passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2026. She was a member of Brooks Chapel Methodist Church. Lucille was a sewing machine operator at Carter's for over 45 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, John T. Eddins, Sr. and Thelma Haley Eddins; sisters, Orene Eddins Reid and Katherlene Eddins Taylor; brother, Johnnie T. Eddin, Jr., and niece, Donna Reid Latham. Lucille is survived by her nieces, Kathy Taylor Marlow (Grady), Linda Taylor Steward (Jimmy), Mary Childress Algee, Kay Eddins Carlton (Rick), and Mary Reid House (Ron); nephews, Milton Taylor (Rachel), David Childress (Gale), and Donald E. Reid, Jr., and numerous great nieces and nephews. Memorials may be sent to Brooks Chapel Cemetery.
