Randy Lakey

Randy Lakey, 66, of Oxford, MS passed away August 6, 2025. He was a graduate of Magnolia Heights School and attended the University of Mississippi. Randy loved the beach and Jimmy Buffett. He was a member of Hope Church in Memphis, TN. Randy was a faithful Ole Miss fan and enjoyed watching baseball and football. He loved his family fiercely, but above all, Randy loved the Lord. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Marcia Lakey; daughter, Brittany Lakey Whiteside; sister, Lisa Lakey Adcox (John); brother, Robert “Skip” Lakey (Tracey); grandchildren, Lucy Milam Whiteside, Robert Leighton Whiteside, and Walter Ellis Whiteside, and nieces and nephews, Shelby Lakey, Emma Lakey, Graham Lakey (Alice), Trey Adcox (Ahna), and Logan Adcox. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Inez Lakey.
