Sarah A. Miller

Sarah A. Miller, 81, passed away on January 9, 2025, at Baptist Desoto Hospital after complications developed related to her myasthenia gravis. Sarah was born February 10, 1943, the daughter of Jerry Miller and Hattie Mae Martin of Senatobia, MS. Sarah graduated from high school and attended one year of college where she studied music and voice training. She returned home and worked in several roles until she found her niche in customer service, where she worked until she was forced to retire due to illness. Sarah was a voracious reader all her life. She loved books and reading and was a lifetime member of the Church of Christ. Sarah was a true friend and confidant to those who knew her. Sarah was preceded in death by her mother, Hattie Mae McEwen and her father, Jerry Miller. She is survived by her siblings, James McEwen (Kathryn), Jerry D. Miller (Rosemary), Faye Sands (Johnny), Claudiece Mays, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
