Walter Lee Edwards, III

Walter Lee Edwards III, 80, of Memphis, TN, passed away January 6, 2024 at his residence. Walter was a veteran having served in the Mississippi National Guard. He is survived by his only son, Eric Lee Edwards (Tina) of Sarah, MS; brother, Gilbert Lee Edwards (Hilda) of Navarre, FL; grandchildren, Erica Coalburn (Zack) of Southaven, MS, Katie Lashlee (Landen) of Hernando, MS, Erin Edwards and E.J. Edwards both of Sarah, MS; great grandchildren, Everleigh Lashlee and Maverick Coalburn and a host of extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Faustine Gilbert Moore and father, Walter Lee Edwards, II. Walter cherished the time spent with his family. He enjoyed caring for his animals and working with his son these last few years. He was a loving father and grandfather who will truly be missed by those he loved.
