William Roy Gibson

William Roy Gibson, 68, of Longtown, MS passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023. He loved to serve his community and gave vegetables from his garden. William enjoyed cooking, riding his tractor, and loved horses. He also served in the Army National Guard. He was of the Pentecostal Faith. William is survived by his wife, Jan Gibson; daughter, Lauren Ashley Gibson Kelso (Matthew); son, John Wesley Gibson (Kathaleen); mother, Marie Oliphant; brother, Gaston Gibson, Jr.; many stepsisters; grandchildren, Luke, Sabastian, Bhodi, Madison Quinn, and Anastasia and a host of loving and caring aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Gaston Gibson. Memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
