Robert Donald Shingler

Robert Donald Shingler​, 91, of Hernando, MS passed away on December 3, 2017. He was a veteran having served in the Navy during World War II.  He is survived by his wife, Bette Mason Shingler of Hernando, MS; daughters, Cynthia Shingler Short and Claudia Shingler Whitsitt both of Kansas City, MO, Lisa Marie Shingler of Cordova, TN and Donna Leigh Hester of Germantown, TN; son, James Russell Hester of Hardy, TN; brothers, James Shingler and David Shingler both of Minneapolis, MN; grandchildren, Mason Raines Hester, Travis Short, Jessica Short and Lindsey Jo Whitsitt; great grandchildren, Averie Short and Aaron Short.  He was preceded in death by his brother, John Shingler.  He was a member of First Baptist Church Senatobia.  Memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
